Celebrity chef Erwan Heussaff shares the recipe he prepared for the birthday of his wife Anne Curtis.
In a TikTok post, Heussaff showed a clip from the noontime show ‘It’s Showtime’ where the hosts talk about how delicious pancit, which Curtis says she likes with “lots of cheese.”
Vice Ganda pointed out that maybe Curtis was talking about spaghetti since it’s a party dish usually consumed with cheese.
Curtis then realized her mistake, and everyone laughed.
However, Heusaff saw this as an opportunity to make a video about the dish his wife mentioned during the episode.

In the video, Heusaff uses various ingredients, including vegetables and shrimp. He also didn’t use instant noodles.
“You need to try this dish,” he said as he walked away from the camera.
The video has over half a million likes on the platform.
Eating noodles with cheese is common in other countries but not in the Philippines.
