‘It’s Showtime’ host Karylle appeared to have fallen for co-host Vhong Navarro’s joke of selling a car for a handsome discount.
During the July 8 episode of ‘It’s Showtime,’ Karylle shared a story about Vhong offering their group chat members a car for only ₱300k.
Vice Ganda went along with the story, saying that the car was being sold as a rush sale and that cash was needed.
It was revealed that Karylle found the offer interesting and directly messaged Vhong instead of going through their group chat.
According to Karylle, she had a friend who was also interested in the car.
Vhong then showed her a photo of the front of the car.
However, Vhong later dosclosed the plot twist when he showed the side of the car, revealing that it was actually just a cart.
“Vhong Navarro nasaan ka,” Karylle said during Vhong’s absence.
Jugs Jugueta showed the actual photo that Vhong sent in their group chat, which revealed that it was actually a hearse.
Vhong went on to joke that the vehicle came with a driver who would be dressed in a ‘barong’ if someone bought it.
All the hosts ended up laughing at the story.
