It appears that Jinkee Pacquiao, the wife of former Senator Manny Pacquiao, has embraced and expressed support for Manny’s son, Emman Bacosa, who hails from a previous relationship with another woman.
According to reports by talent manager Ogie Diaz on his ‘Showbiz Update’ YouTube channel, Jinkee has offered guidance and encouragement to Manny to extend his support to his son, Emman, who is also venturing into a career in boxing.
Ogie Diaz referred to a source who mentioned that Jinkee conveyed her approval for Manny to provide the necessary assistance to his son, Emman, recognizing that he is indeed Manny’s offspring. Ogie went on to explain that photographs have emerged on social media depicting Manny and Emman training together in a boxing ring.
“According to my source na kaibigan ni Jinkee, ‘yung friend namin ni Jinkee, sinabi raw ni Jinkee kay Manny Pacquiao na, ‘go ahead, suportahan mo ‘yan kasi anak mo ‘yan,’” he said.
Ogie Diaz also pointed out that it is evident that neither Manny nor Jinkee are concealing Emman’s existence, and their acknowledgment and support for him are pivotal steps in ensuring that he receives the essential care and guidance he deserves.
“Kasi may picture si Emman at si Manny Pacquiao na magkasama. Kasi kung itinatago naman ni Manny yun, hindi siya magpapa-picture. At hindi siya makikipagkita siguro. At hindi niya dadalawin yung anak niya na nag-eensayo ng boxing,” he added.
Emman’s mother, Joanna Rose Bacosa, had previously sought child support from Manny in 2006 and 2011, and she had made public appeals for Manny to acknowledge their child.
Emman recently took part in a boxing event named “Blow by Blow,” which was sponsored by MP Promotions, a company owned by Manny Pacquiao. His participation in this event underlines his pursuit of a boxing career and the recognition of his talent by his father.
