Facebook user Priscilla LaFountain has taken to social media to call out popular vloggers Mikee Agustin and Yexel Sebastian, accusing them of failing to respond to her calls regarding an investment deal.
In a Facebook post, LaFountain appealed to the couple, stating that overseas Filipino workers and individuals in the Philippines have invested with them, and their earnings have been delayed for two months.
She urged Agustin and Sebastian to engage in a proper conversation with their investors to address the issue.
LaFountain’s post quickly gained significant attention on Facebook, amassing thousands of reactions, comments, and shares.
In a separate video posted on a different page, she recounted her interactions with Sebastian, which began the previous year when she inquired about a business opportunity he had shared on his Facebook blog.
LaFountain claimed to have invested PHP 200,000 in their venture and received regular payouts during their one-year contract, which spanned from June 2022 to 2023.
However, she stated that payouts stopped in August and September 2023, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, she was blocked by Yexel and unfriended by Mikee on her personal Facebook account.
As of the time of reporting, neither Mikee Agustin nor Yexel Sebastian has issued a response to the allegations.
But Yexel on his verified Facebook page shared, “People wala pa kaming statement ha, paalala lang Ayaw ko lang bumalik sa inyo mga sinasabi nyo hindi nyo pa alam ang TUNAY na kwento 🙂”
Mikee Agustin gained recognition as a cast member on ABS-CBN’s ‘Pinoy Big Brother,’ while Yexel Sebastian was part of the 90s dance group Streetboys. Together, they operate a YouTube channel called YexelChannel, which boasts 799,000 subscribers.
