The BR truck, one of two dispatched to the Bicol Region, transported people across floodwaters, allowing them to reach safety after being unable to return home.
The BR vehicles were initially sent by Senator Revilla to deliver essential supplies, including food, water, and relief goods, for communities severely affected by the recent typhoon.
