Actress Sherilyn Reyes-Tan revisited a painful chapter in her life as she recounted how she was scammed out of ₱37 million, using her experience to warn others and offer hope to those who may be going through similar situations.
In a Thread post on Sunday, January 5, Sherilyn shared a past interview with journalist Julius Babao, where she discussed the scam and reflected on the lessons she gained from it.
“Sheyring with you in case di mo pa napanood.
Sherilyn acknowledged the steep cost of the experience, describing it as more expensive than any prestigious education.
Hopefully this year matapos na namin kasi masyado na silang namayagpag sa interest in six years,” she added.
She also expressed her belief in divine justice and hoped that those responsible would eventually be held accountable.
