Social media personality Xander Ford has publicly shared his frustration after his son, Xeres, received no Christmas gifts from his godparents.
In a social media post, Xander, whose real name is Marlou Arizala, lamented how some friends enthusiastically offered to be godparents but failed to fulfill their promises.
He also voiced his disappointment over their apparent disinterest in maintaining a relationship unless there was a positive milestone in his life.
This is not the first time Xander has raised concerns about the godparents of his son. In January 2024, he made headlines after calling out fellow social media influencer Christian Merck Grey, popularly known as “Makagwapo,” for not contributing to the P349,000 expenses for Xeres’ christening in 2023.
Makagwapo denied any responsibility, saying he was not obligated to cover such costs.
Xeres is set to celebrate his second birthday on December 29. However, Xander’s recent posts indicate lingering disappointment over the lack of support he has received from friends and godparents.
