LOOK: Gov. Jonvic Remulla reacts to ‘kilig’ Harry Roque in viral video

A video of Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque seemingly smitten with Gov. Jonvic Remulla’s face went viral online.

  • Remulla found it funny and tagged Roque’s social media accounts.
  • The governor previously stated that he has been friends with the spokesperson for a long time already.

Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla laughed at a viral video showing how Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque reacted when the former’s face appeared in a Zoom call.

Netizens poked fun at the video and made it into a meme as Roque looked quite smitten with the Cavite governor. Heart emojis were edited into the screen as the spokesperson smiled at Remulla.

They also made Darren Espento’s “In Love Ako Sa’yo” as the background music.

Remulla saw the video and tweeted “hahaha” and tagged Roque’s account.

The bromance ain’t over as the Cavite governor also reposted the video on his Instagram account, saying that everyone needs a laugh trip once in a while.

“Because once in a while, we all need a LAUGHTRIP @harryroque,” he wrote.

The bond between the two was pretty evident even a while back when Gov. Remulla joked around and “roasted” Roque during a press briefing.

The governor clarified then-rumors that Cavite was going against the government’s instructions regarding its COVID-19 response. Instead of simply denying it, Remulla joked and said that the rumors are as fake as Roque’s hair.

“Fake news po na ako ay lumalaban sa gobyerno dahil hindi kami nagkakatugma ng pananaw tungkol sa paano pagpatakbo dito sa krisis. Ito po ay kasing fake ng buhok ng aking katabi.”

He then explained that he has been friends with the Presidential Spokesperson for a long time as he is also a friend of the governor’s brother. Rep. Jesus Remulla.
