Pain is an example of a normal response or in medical term it is called Nociception (physiological pain) that signals nerve-damage or damage to tissue to the brain. Whenever you experienced pain sensation, it is obviously indicates that there is something wrong in your body superficially or internally. The signs and symptoms that occurs, evidently telling us that we should be paying attention to it or before we know it, it might be too late.
1. Urine
Urinating is one of the natural responses of the body. Our kidney filters and drains substances that helps maintain our body. Changes in smell and color could be something, also change in the frequency or pain during urination often the first signs of health problems like presence of Kidney stones.
2. Teeth and Gums

Abnormal signs like itchiness, redness, dry patches or even skin grown in unmarked skin (skin tags like), change of color, shape, or size are possible early sign of melanoma(Skin Cancer). Some like paleness also a sign of poor blood circulation or even Under nourishment.
6. Hair

7. Body Odor/ Sweat
Traceable body odor also could be one source of indication of poor nutrition. Body odor is any strong or unusual odor related to the body. Abnormal body odor may be a temporary effect of a metabolic change, such as fruity breath in diabetic ketoacidosis. Unusual profuse sweating can be a warning sign of thyroid problems, diabetes or infection.
8. Eyes
In ancient proverbs we always hear that “Eyes are the window of our Soul” Maybe, however they are certainly portals through which one can glimpse signs of certain health problems not only eye disorders like cataracts and glaucoma, but also systemic illnesses like Diabetes (sclera turns yellow) sign of jaundice and cardiovascular diseases.
