An hour after this Chinese woman named Ms. Cheng brought home a cut of beef, she started to cut it to prepare for a meal. She almost freaked out when she saw the raw piece of meat laid out on a table appears to be beating like a heart.
Ms Cheng said, “It looks like it is still alive, or that there are worms or something inside. However when I cut it open I didn’t find any worms, just twitching.”

The health department says it was nerve endings that had not died yet. That would mean that cow was butchered and she received that cut right after it was processed.
