MANILA, Philippines. A report by tech website Unbox.ph has pointed out that the management of Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has allegedly ripped off the design of the login page of Facebook.
The developers of PRC’s Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS v2) website have apparently gone the easy route by simply lifting the design of the popular social network. Take a look at the screenshot of the two websites below for comparison.
The design and even the color scheme of the login pages are so strikingly similar that you might have missed seeing the differences at first glance.
Hours after the article was posted on Unbox.ph, PRC changed the color of its login page in a futile attempt to cover up.
Taxpayers would no doubt hope that the government agency will use its funds properly to hire a designer capable of creating an original design.
