Last March 9, 2017, Louie M. Dela Paz finally posted on his Facebook account to clarify the issue regarding his viral photo circulating on the site. He was publicly shamed when Macy Wayne Olazo posted his sleeping picture on Facebook and told a story about how she felt Dela Paz’ arm brushing on her back.
He shared the story of how he was tired and almost dozing off that day, which is why he had slept on the way to his destination.
When he woke up and paid for his fare, the woman beside him went off the FX and randomly talked to him. Dela Paz said he was surprised as to why the woman acted that way to him, considering that he was sleeping the whole time.
The driver of the FX went out when he thought he was the one being referred to by the woman, and informed Dela Paz what the woman had said about him earlier.
Dela Paz had understood Olazo’s side that maybe she had an experience about that beforehand, which explains why she had reacted that way. However, he said that she should not have posted it on social media since he didn’t do such thing.
His arm had probably brushed her accidentally, but it was not intentional.
He said his conscience was clean and he hoped the woman also has the same.
