Sara Guidry sets the internet on fire when an absurd situation of her son went viral. On Wednesday, she posted something that really disturbed the netizens.

Sara admitted that her son, Kale, always do crazy stuff, but what she saw in his mouth shocked the hell out of her. According to her, she saw something white in her son’s gums one night.
Human instinct, she got a tweezer and started to pull it. The white thing seemed to be a fingernail, she went on and pulled 4 out more. Thinking that it is not enough, she looked for another area, and was able to pull 27 more from it.
She then rushed Kale to a dentist. and the doctor admitted that she has never seen like this before.
Findings
Later they found out that her son bites his nails and occasionally plays with it in his mouth. He pushes it towards his pallet, and the nails penetrate the skin and apparently goes into a pocket between the baby teeth, and the permanent ones.
To give everyone a warning, she told everyone to never let their children bite their nails!
