- Just recently, a video of a man causing a ruckus inside an LBC branch went viral.
- The man was furious when the staff refused to process his transaction for the reason that he didn’t have a valid ID.
- Finally, the man who was labeled by the netizens as ‘Expired Man’ was identified as Mard Gutierez.
Every transaction that requires money would always go through a lot of processes including verification. This is usually made to for security purposes as there are a lot of crooks who might take opportunity of the situation.
However, there are some people who seemed to value their time very much as they refuse to go through a whole lot of processes when engaging in a transaction with a money remittance center.
One example for the given situation is the man who made a ruckus inside a money remittance center.
The man cursed and yelled at the staff that refused to give him the money despite the proof of identification he brought along. But for the staff’s defense, the man showed him an ID of which isn’t valid anymore.
Just recently, a Facebook page named Pinoy Viral Core 365, posted the identity of the ‘expired man’ that was in the same video.

NAKILALA NA PO SI “EXPIREDMAN” na ngtarantado sa mabuting LBC staff… Nakilala po sya ni Nozumi Sakuma …dati po silang magkasama sa trabaho…at sa kanyang kwento ganito na po talaga pala ang ugali ni EXPIREDMAN… ang name nya po ay MARD C GUTIEREZ!! ikalat nyo po ito para madala ang taong ito!! kung maypagasa pang magbago ang ugali nito!! eto po ang buong kwento samin ni sir NOZUMI..”
“I’m a freelance singer & actor baguhan lang sa showbiz. I’m from GMA 7 – Walang Tulugan. He invited me na mag guest sa DZAR1026 TV/Radio. Nung nag guest ako sakanila, tinanong niya ko kung pwede ba kong maging regular guest sa show. I said, yes! Kasi wala pa naman akong contract. Then nung naging regular na yung pagkanta ko sa radio, he asked me kung pwede bang maging co-host ko siya. Sabi ko ulit, sure. As long as my schedule is free.”
According to Sakuma’s story, he was invited by Gutierrez to be a regular on his show, and later on his co-host. He agreed to it as it would be a wonderful opportunity for him and because he doesn’t have a contract with anyone just yet.
“Nung naging regular host na ko sa radio, pag may outdoor shooting kami kasama ng ibang media ng iba’t ibang stations, palagi niyang binubulsa yung talent fee ko. Binibigyan niya ko pangkain lang, nung una okay lang sakin kasi gusto kong makisama sakanya. Pero nung huli, sabi ko hindi na yata tama yung ginagawa niya, kasi ilang beses ko nang nakita na binubulsa niya lahat ng binibigay ng media head.”
However, Sakuma noticed that the man wasn’t giving him his fees for every gig and would only hand him a small amount enough for food. At first, he was okay with what Gutierez was doing because he wanted to have a good relationship with him. But when Gutierez kept doing that, he already spoke up and addressed the issue.
“Pagka may fans ako na pumupunta sa shooting namin, pinapahiya niya ko lagi. Minsan binabagsak niya yung lapel microphone, tapos ipapapulot niya sakin sa harap ng mga fans ko, he is my cameraman. Ako yung palaging ginagawa niyang tagapagsalita at pinapakausap sa ibang celebrities, companies, etc.. Whenever we have an outdoor shooting.”
Moreover, Gutierez was also his cameraman who was responsible for the outcome of every shot.
“Lahat ng sponsors ko, gusto niya may contact rin siya at gusto niya kasama siya. Pati connections ko gusto niyang kunin yung contacts, gusto niya daw kasi sumikat at maging artista rin. Pag on air kami sa radio, kahit wala sa script yung question ibabato niya sakin para ipahiya ako. Ako yung laging nagreresearch kahit mas matanda siya sakin.”
“Ganun talaga ugali niya sa lahat ng mga tao, sobrang bossy. Kaya umalis ako sa radio dahil na depressed ako. Nung umalis ako sa radio, tinanggal siya dahil nabisto yung mga ginagawa niya at pangbubulsa ng pera. His name is MARD C GUTIEREZ. ”
Now that expired man’s identity has been revealed, the netizens criticized Gutierez and some of them even cursed him back for doing so at the staff he yelled at in the viral video.
In conclusion, everyone is doing their best in their jobs. Therefore, people should learn how to respect each other if they want to be respected in the same way.
As what other people say, respect is earned and it isn’t given.
