The Katy Cat herself Katy Perry is in deep waters right now after a former stagehand sued the artist and her management.
Accident
Chrisitna Fish, a production staff and a stagehand during Katy Perry’s Prismatic World Tour, filed a lawsuit against the 32-year-old singer claiming she got a major injury while at work.
The story was first featured in the American show TMZ, according to the report, Fish was asked to help move a wall during a performance in Raleigh, North Carolina. Unfortunately, the wall got stuck and rolled over her foot.
The team offered her ice to isolate her foot, but no one really called an ambulance. She even had to call a friend to help her get to the nearest hospital.
The infection was fast to cover her whole foot. It became gangrenous and it had to be amputated. After the surgery, Fish was disabled for months, and this caused her depression.
Now, she’s handling the issue the legal way. She also sued Live Nation and the rest of the stage production companies.
We’re still waiting for Katy Perry’s side to release a statement during the issue. But until then…
