- Netizen experiences makeup fail in imitations
- Imitations can cause irritation and damage to your skin
Makeup enthusiast Zaira Soriano was both shocked and horrified after trying out a practically cheap liquid eyeliner.
Makeup Fail
On her Facebook post that was reacted and shared by more than 1,000 people, she shared her terrifying experience with trying out a makeup imitation. According to her, she tried out this cheap eyeliner for a shoot. After 3 hours of nailing her look, she felt something burning on her eyelids.
She instantly took off her makeup and discovered horrible skin reactions on her skin. The part where she applied the eyeliner bloated up and swelled.
She also warns her viewers to be very careful in buying and trying makeup. It may not penetrate your skin, but it irritates and damages it.
Piece of advice
First, if you are into make up, you should know that there’s nothing wrong about it. Natural beauty is good, the make-up was invented to enhance it. Your choice of make-up says a lot, if you put trust on the fake ones, it would reflect on your skin.
It can damage your skin, and could possibly harm your health in general. However, there’s nothing wrong with it, it is your skin and your money, but take time to reflect on the risks and negative effects of it.
This is not to say expensive ones are way better, but just choose the right makeup for you. It does not have to be expensive, but pick the brand that would suit your skin and would make you glow instead of it would make you spend more money in saving your life.
Just a piece of advice, there are legit beauty gurus in YouTube that would review beauty products and would tell you if these brands are good for what skin types; and they would bluntly tell you if it is good or not. Take note, it doesn’t cost to be resourceful and adept at things- knowledge if power in the end and so as make up.
