A video of a former couple confronting each other about their past relationship has gone viral on social media.
The 30-minute clip was shared by Mak&Maw’s Gift Shop, a gift shop that documents its customers surprising their loved ones.
A woman who identified herself as Beca told the film crew that she was about to surprise her ex-boyfriend with whom she had had a relationship for nearly 13 years.
Beca narrated, “Dapat ikakasal na kami pero noong September umatras siya….so kailangan ko ng closure na hindi niya naibigay sa akin.”
Moreover, Beca was an OFW who did not know why the guy ghosted her.
Beca said she had been waiting for this moment to air out what she felt about the situation. She shared, “Medyo excited na kinakabahan. Kumbaga yung hinanakit ko ng ilang buwan masasabi ko na sa kanya ng personal.”
The film crew then proceeds to the guy’s place of work and surprises him with gifts Beca paid for. The surprise was in the back of a hatchback car that contained photos of Beca and the guy.
The guy then had to listen to a letter written by Beca about the blurry end to their relationship.
As the two met again, they unloaded their emotions, hugged, and parted ways.
