‘Wowowin’ host Willie Revillame appears to have responded to Gab Valenciano after the dancer seemingly took a shot at him on Twitter.
On February 5, Valenciano unexpectedly tweeted criticism directed at a person he did not name.
Valenciano wrote, “I haven’t been as vocal for a while but I can no longer suppress my thoughts. I will just say this. Your power to persuade people through gaslighting your whole life has run out. What goes around will always come back around. Filipinos are waking up, you should too.”
People immediately knew he was referring to Revillame. The tweet came after ‘Wowowin’ and other AllTV programs were halted for some undisclosed reasons.
Revillame used his platform to beg viewers to set aside politics as his show’s ratings plummeted.
Revillame said in an episode.
He added, “Siyempre you have to understand nagsisimula palang ang ALLTV, nagsisimula palang ho kami.
Valenciano’s tweet became viral and caught the veteran host’s attention.
In another appearance, Revillame took the time to respond to a Tweet written in English by a certain someone who he knows personally.
It can be remembered that Valenciano briefly directed Revillame’s program when he was still signed to GMA-7. The host started by saying that this person would call him and complain about many things and would sleep often.
“’Yung isa, nag-Ingles-Ingles ka pa! Naging kasama ka namin sa production. Kapag pumapasok ka, di ba natutulog ka? Papasok ka sa dressing room ko, ‘Kuya Wils, I cannot do this. You know, I feel so dizzy.’
He revealed that this person tied the knot in Tagaytay and that this person’s parents slept at Revillame’s house.
Valenciano did in fact get married in Tagaytay to ex-wife Tricia Centenera leading netizens to believe that Valenciano was Revillame’s blind item.
Revillame then advised this person to remember where he came from and the favors he asked for from him.
