A woman who claims to be a backup singer for a Filipino rock band is seeking help due to financial difficulties.
In a video shared by content creator Boy Sardinas TV, Maricel’s touching story can be seen.
She recounts that as a young girl, she became a backup singer for the popular band Aegis. Maricel even demonstrated her singing talent to the Vlogger to prove her abilities.
The vlogger was moved to learn that Maricel, along with her construction worker husband, lives in a makeshift shelter made of wood and tarps.
She tells the story of being unable to raise her children, some of whom she has not seen in a long time. She also tells the story of others who live with their grandparents because she cannot support them.
In a recent Vlog released by Boy Sardinas TV, Maricel is reunited with her long-lost child. The vlogger shared that the help he received was what made the reunion of the family possible.
Those who witnessed the event were also moved to tears due to Maricel’s desire to be reunited with her child.
After the reunion, the vlogger expressed his gratitude to those who followed Maricel’s story. He hoped more help would come for Maricel’s family. At present, Aegis has not released a statement regarding the matter.
