Viy Cortez meets with a viral delivery rider who kneels down in front of a traffic enforcer

Cortez clarified that the traffic enforcer was merely performing his job and claimed to be unaware of the true circumstances.

Vlogger Viy Cortez has met up with the viral delivery rider who got on his knees pleading with a traffic officer not to fine him over a road violation.

Cortez shared a screenshot of a TikTok video in her Facebook post on May 25.

The video shows the delivery rider kneeling in front of a traffic enforcer, shared by TikTok user “Jhayrick.”

Cortez clarified that the traffic enforcer was merely performing his job and claimed to be unaware of the true circumstances.

The Vlogger expressed that she sought the delivery rider to offer assistance. She found it heartbreaking and compassionate to see the rider kneel due to the difficulties he faced while on duty.

Netizens also felt sorry for the rider.

In an update, Cortez shared a selfie of her and the rider in the video, asking her followers to disregard her post.
