On Tuesday, October 10, the Social Media Broadcasters of the Philippines Inc. (KSMBPI) took legal action by filing six criminal charges against Angeli Khang, a Vivamax star, at the Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office.
Angeli Khang is alleged to have violated the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 due to her purported posting of explicit videos on her verified social media account.
This comes after last year’s social media uproar surrounding her steamy scenes with Jay Manalo in the Vivamax film ‘Selina’s Gold.’
Notably, besides Angeli Khang, other Vivamax actresses, including AJ Raval, Ayanna Misola, and Azi Acosta, are also reportedly facing similar charges.

As of now, neither Angeli Khang nor Vivamax has issued any official response or statement regarding the allegations.
It’s worth mentioning that KSMBPI has previously filed criminal cases against other public figures, such as Vice Ganda and Ion Perez and Toni Fowler.
