Jaclyn Jose’s family convinced no foul play in sudden death

The family of the veteran actress Jaclyn Jose is firmly convinced that her sudden demise was not the result of foul play.

Following the discovery of Jaclyn’s lifeless body, the Philippine National Police (PNP) dispatched Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) to her residence. Mary Jane Santa Ana Guck, Jaclyn’s immediate family member in real life, requested that the results of the investigation not be publicized or discussed.

Colonel Jean Fajardo, Chief of the PNP Public Information Office (PNP PIO), affirmed that Jaclyn’s bereaved family members are steadfast in their belief that there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death.

“While sympathizing with her family and friends, the family is asking for privacy, and they believe that there is no foul play in her death,” stated Col. Fajardo during a press briefing.

However, the precise cause of Andi Eigenmann’s mother’s sudden passing was not disclosed by the PNP.

“In deference po sa request po ng family for some privacy ay we opted not to discuss further the case involving Miss Jaclyn Jose. But naniniwala naman po sila at convinced naman po sila na wala pong foul pala,” added the official.

Jaclyn, who was 59 years old, passed away on Saturday, March 2, according to reports.
