Actress Bela Padilla has expressed her frustration over a viral video featuring a socialite and influencer asking if her children could use floaties during a flood.

In an Instagram story, Bela criticized the video, stating, “You see people risking their lives for their loved ones, and your question is, if you and your kids can use a floatie here, come on.”

The now-deleted TikTok video showed the socialite and her family driving through a flooded street.

The socialite mentioned it was her children’s first time experiencing a flood in Manila and asked, “Safe kaya mag-floatie diyan, yaya? I guess so; it’s just water, noh? Should we try? We should wakeboard.”
