Frenil Bautista, a local of Montalban, Rizal, is now in comatose after getting beaten to the core by the husband of the woman he allegedly touched ‘at the back’.

The news first made rounds when Lorenz Marasigan, nephew of Bautista, posted the horrible backstory of what happened to his uncle. In an exclusive with Marasigan, he said that the accusations were unclear. They live by the news about Bautista being ‘mauled to the brink of death’ because he allegedly touched a woman maliciously.
According to him, Bautista is at Puregold Banaba, San Mateo, Rizal at the time. He decided to pee for a moment. Marasigan suspected his uncle felt dizzy going out of the toilet. Given his uncle’s Diabetes and other heart illnesses, he might have ‘took refuge’ from the nearest person outside.
The woman took it as a sexual gesture. Her husband, Eugene Tejada, an Indie actor, did not enjoy the scene and went straight down to the still in pain Bautista.
Latest update of Bautista’s condition is that he has a 30 percent survival rate. According to the doctors of Marikina Valley Hospital, he is suffering from a hematoma and is very critical. He needs to undergo a half-a-million operation involving drilling a hole into his skull to remove the blood clot.
Everything is still as blurry as that, but according to the initial affidavit submitted by the wife’s side, Frenil Bautista touched her back.
Eugene, on the other hand, is now behind bars.
