- He has fooled a total of 10 woman
In an episode of Raffy Tulfo in Action, a Filipino resident from Japan named Cynthia Udagawa complains about a former boyfriend for duping her for money.
According to Udagawa, when she was in a relationship with this guy named Joseph Go, she often lets him handle her money, and voluntarily sends him an allowance.
However, when she sent Php150,000 for him to handle her properties in the Philippines, he then blocked her on Facebook and stopped all forms of communication.
She then learned that she was not the only one that Joseph deceived to get some cash.
The show managed to communicate with Joseph Go’s brother John Go and the brother immediately told that his brother has been doing it for quite a while now and it is not the first time that they’ve encountered such complaints.
John denied that his brother has vices and stated that he’s only doing it because he has no job. He confirmed that his brother already fooled around 10 women.
Moreover, Cynthia revealed that she and Joseph were supposed to get married in Japan in April this year and she already fixed her visa and had him study in Tesda.
She also added that she already spent thousands of pesos for Joseph’s stay in Japan but all of it has gone to waste.
Colonel Raymond Ligudin from CIDG Anti-Fraud suggested filing Estafa and to make it non-bailable, he encouraged the victim to gather and talk to the other victims to file a stronger case against Joseph.
At the end of the video, Cynthia updated that Joseph had made his first payment of Php50,000 in January and the second one in February. He completed his payment via a Toyota Corolla XL 1994 amounting to Php80,000.
