- It’s Showtime’s “Ate Girl” Jackie Gonzaga shares the struggles of her exposure on the noontime show
- Jackie states that whenever she gets affected by the rude comments online, she relies on her family for strength
In one interview on the late night show Tonight With Boy Abunda last June 27, It’s Showtime‘s Jackie Gonzaga burst into tears as she talked about the criticisms she got online.
Alongside her steady rise to fame because of her daily stunts with Vice Ganda on the noontime show, there has also been a presence of bashers that throw insults at her in social media platforms like Twitter.
“Yong sasabihin na ‘dancer ka lang.’ Bakit daw ako ‘yong pinipilit pasikatin, bakit ako ‘yong nandoon?”Jackie shares when she was asked about the things that she read online.
She shared that if she can no longer take the insults, she stops herself from reading all of it.
Bahala kayo diyan,”
Jackie shares that she still keeps her positive mindset because she knows that she does bring happiness to a lot of people.
She also said that even though at first her family didn’t quite agree with her dancing career, then eventually accepted her choice and they are now her pillar whenever she’s having difficulties.
