In a video on her YouTube channel dated Saturday, August 4, Rufa Mae Quinto shared her hilarious take on the voice in the navigation app Waze.
Known for having an undeniably unique speaking voice, which made her a subject of the imitation or spoofs by other personalities, she uploaded a YouTube video titled ‘Rufa “Waze” Quinto Audition Video’.
She shared that she has been getting a lot of requests for her to try doing the voice over of the Waze navigation. “So eto po ang application ko. My own audition para i-apply yung voice.”

“Medyo na traffic sa may stoplight kaya chillax chillax ka muna. Steady lang. Don’t rush. Keep calm and carry on! Keri diba? Kaya mag go, go, go! Straight to the point and then turn abound.
“Todo mo na. Tapos when you arrive sa pangalawang kanto, turn left! Yes! Not right, but left. Tapos slowly but surely, kasi may pedestrian lane. Hintaying makatawid sina ate at kuya, lolo at lola, mother father. Then look to your left and look to your right. Kung wala nang masa-sight, left and right, eh tumawid na agad agad! Go, go, go! To the highest level!
“May makikita ka na sobrang malaking building, to the highest level na building. Diyan nagtatrabaho ang ex mong pinagpalit ka sa iba. Iyong iniwan ka para sa mas sexy, mas maganda, at sa mas mayaman! ‘Pag makita mo na ang ex mo, bumaba ka, lapitan mo tapos… konyatan mo!”
