- He stated that the supposed social media superstar is like a syndicate, looking for people to victimize.
Mader Sitang‘s former manager Wilbert Tolentino trashed the brand name Simply Sitang which he and the supposed social media superstar has collaborated in creating it.
He said that he’s going to remove the brand name in their products- like perfumes- and donate the said items as they cannot recycle because of the scratch on the label and boxes.
Tolentino described his issue with Mader Sitang as a “closed chapter”.
“Hindi magandang alaala yun. Ibaon na natin sa limot.”
The Mr. Gay World-Philippines 2009 also said that Mader Sitang is “fake news” and has fooled the whole country.
“Sana po, lahat tayo, hindi basta maniwala sa mga fake news. Nabiktima tayo lahat. Buong bansa po, naniwala sa kanya.”
He clarified that he was not the one that spread the information that Mader Sitang is a lawyer that helped the victims of Typhoon Yolanda.
“Ako kasi ang tinuturo sa social media na ako naman daw ang nagpakalat na lawyer siya, tumutulong sa Yolanda victims. Bago ko pa siya nahawakan, talagang kumakalat na ganun na nga ang news niya, na siya nga raw po ang lawyer, which is hindi pala.”
Tolentino added that the Thai national is like a syndicate as she really looked for people to victimize.
“Actually, parang sindikato siya. Pinagtripan ako, e. Parang naghahanap siya ng malaking isda na may kumuha sa kanya, which is isa ako sa nabiktima.”
He has decided not to push through with the request to declare Mader Sitang as persona non grata in the Philippines even though it was approved by the Bureau of Immigration.
