Students help teacher who hasn’t received his paycheck for two months

• A teacher from Brazil received a nice surprise from his students after failing to get his two months worth of salary.
• The students contributed their extra money to help their teacher, who admitted to have struggled because of lack of money. 

A teacher in Brazil hasn’t received his paycheck for two months. For some, it may not affect much, but those are two months worth of hard work.

This teacher may not have gotten his salary, but he did get his students’ gratitude.

Bruno Ragael Paiva was hired as a substitute teacher as the class’ regular instructor was pregnant. But when the teachers’ payroll came, his name was not included. This resulted to him not having received his pay, and he admitted that it did become a financial setback for him.

He said that he tried everything to get his salary, but it was not an easy process as the administration of the school made it difficult for him.

It wasn’t long enough until his students learned about their teacher’s situation. But instead of ignoring it, they decided to raise funds for him by using their own extra cash.

They raised almost $359 for Paiva, who got touched by their kind gesture.

In the video uploaded by the teacher himself, it can be seen that he became emotional as soon as he discovered the box on his desk. It contained the money that the students contributed.

He said that the the students are lucky to have each other and because of that, he continued to teach the students even though he was unpaid.
