Gretchen Barretto threw a “thanksgiving party” for Nicko Falcis, together with her friends, in celebrating the dismissal of his case filed by Kris Aquino.
But why does Gretchen need to celebrate for Nicko Falcis? What has she to do with the case?
The answer is she doesn’t have anything to do with the case of Kris vs. Falcis, but Gretchen Barretto has a serious conflict with Kris Aquino.
Last Saturday, February 23, Gretchen’s seems to employ sarcasm and continuously tease Kris Aquino. Although it was not intentional, still she believes that Kris Aquino’s reasons were not right.

Together with his friends, Gretchen prepared a “thanksgiving party” at Forbes Park in one of Gretchen and Tonyboy Cojuangco’s exclusive villa for Nicko Falcis, who won over a qualified theft case filed by Kris Aquino at the Makati Prosecutors Office. On Tuesday, the Pasig City Prosecutor’s Office has also dismissed Kris Aquino’s qualified theft complaint against her former business partner Nicko Falcis.
And last Friday, Gretchen greeted Nicko on his Instagram post showing her support for him. And it said, “Congratulations nix. God is good and just celebrating now” but Nicko was not present at the party.

Nicko thanked Gretchen for the support by saying that he is “grateful” even though there was no history that the two of them have met personally.
The thanksgiving party was attended by her closest friends including talent managers Bettina Aspillaga, the right-hand assistant of Boy Abunda, and Dolor Guevarra a well-known friend of Kris.
