There are people who try to find their true love online. Taking the risk of having a relationship, even they haven’t seen each other personally.
Other people use social media to take advantage of persons who easily believe in sweet words and pretty or handsome profile pictures, which they actually got from other people’s personal account, these are known as “posers.”
The Facebook account of Patty Fahbuhlie Sitjar Simple posted a video of his gay friend who happened to be a victim of a poser. He was crying so hard because of his expectation that he will be able to meet his boyfriend in person but it turns out that he was a poser.
He was badly hurt and couldn’t believe that his boyfriend, whom he met on social media, was a poser. His poser boyfriend had shown his video while he was dancing and said that he was the one who took the video.
This made him believe that he was true to him without having a thought that he could possibly get it from other people and share it to him.
On the video, it seems that they have the plan to stay together after his Miss Gay competition where he already prepared his things and even brushed his teeth twice because of his excitement. Upon knowing that he was a poser, it hurt him even more.
He also had planned to introduce him to his grandmother and his mother because he wasn’t really expecting that he was really a poser.
In the end, his friend asked him if he would still like to compete in the Miss Gay competition, and he still answered “uyy..Go ko ya”.
But still, he was badly hurt for hoping that he had already found his true love, who happened to be a poser.
