Talk show host Jay Sonza mistook a photo of netizen Kathe Luna for Kabataan Partylist Representative Sarah Elago. Sonza posted the photo of Luna thinking it was Elago and made fun of her saying that she bleached her skin.
“Parang si Risa lang, nang mapuwesto sa philhealth, nagbagong anyo. Ganito rin itong pinaghahanap kahapon sa Senado. Dating panay sa kalye, ngayon, uma-aura na rin sa mga beaches.”
Sonza has since deleted his post but Luna was able to take screenshots of it. Luna was furious because Sonza’s followers started bashing her.
She had to clear things up and went on Facebook.
“Hindi muna kayo nag double or triple check to make sure na tamang tao ang ipopost nyo! Nabastos po ang pagkababae ko sa mga comments ng mga bastos nyong followers tulad nyo!”
Luna said that she felt disrespected.
“May nagugulo po kayong buhay na tahimik at pribado! Sana maging masaya ka sa trending mong post at pagpalain ka pa ng Diyos.”
Luna wasn’t done yet. Before the post was deleted, she went to the comments section and aired her frustration. She threatened to go further with legal actions.
“Private na tao po ako na walang kinalaman sa politics at hindi ko deserve madrag at mabastos ng ganito! Will take legal action for this!”
Elago took note of the situation and showed Luna some support.

Sonza has yet to respond.
