It looks like a 13-year-old orphan from Thailand can’t keep up with the Kardashians.
Pink, who was sent by her mom to an adoption home in Phang Nga province to have a better chance in life, turned down Kim Kardashian’s offer to adopt her.
Although she made a connection with reality the star when they met during a taping for an episode of “Keeping up with the Kardashians” last April, Pink said she wants to stay in Thailand.
In an interview with Mail Online, she revealed:
“Everyone wants to have a different or a better life, I suppose. But when I thought about it I realised it wouldn’t be good for me, because I would have to leave so much behind. I wasn’t ready for that.”
Wanting to help her country in the future, Pink added that she wants to study in a university in Thailand to become a tour guide:
“I want people to come and learn about Thailand and understand more about my country. That is why I am thinking of being a tour guide.”
An outstanding scholar, Pink was able to enter the province’s top government school. After school and on weekends, Pink helps look after younger kids and also does chores at Home and Life Foundation orphanage.
When Pink told her biological mom Rose about the celebrity’s intention to adopt her, her mom told her to wait until she finishes high school before making a decision.
Rose told Mail Online: “I was very proud when I heard that this famous lady wanted to adopt Pink but at the same time I didn’t want her to go away with the Kardashian family. She is only young and I would miss her very much.”
