Facebook page FrozenBlizzard Photography shared screenshots of a conversation from an anonymous user.
The screenshots showed how one friendship turned sour because of Cebu Pacific seat sales.
“Real friendship is not about money, but it’s about the comfort and joy when they are around.
The conversation started when the user’s friend messaged him about seat sales at Cebu Pacific.
The user then said that his friend and their other friends should buy first before he does.
His friend then replied saying that he does not have a credit card, so he was going to ask the user if maybe he can handle his ticket fees and would pay him later.
The user said that he won’t do that because his friend still has not paid his debt to him from the last time.
The next screenshots show the confrontation.
The friend tells the user that he wants him to be upfront with him.
Apparently the user posted screenshots of his friend in a Facebook group that went viral.
The user told his friend that everything is okay because he did not reveal his identity.
The friend went on a rant and said that the user is good for nothing.
Pweh!” the friend added.
The user then replied, “Ok pre kasalanan ko. Para sa akin malaki na yung 14k”
The friend really felt offended and said that he will not be paying his debt.
The user then was in a submissive position because 14 thousand pesos is already something to him.
The friend replied by sending middle finger emojis.
The user said he was sorry for what he did, and urged his friend to pay his debt.
The conversation ended with the friend sending him more middle finger emojis.
It was revealed that the incident happened a long time ago and that his former friend’s parents paid the PHP 14,000.
He urged people to rethink relationships with people that value money over real friendships.
