Univia, in a recent survey, suggested that people who regularly play with themselves are more likely to be managers.
The study had 1,012 respondents who were asked how often they would masturbate, along with their job habits.
People who did it regularly, at least once a week, were found to be more efficient at work and made more money, compared to those who did not.
“They were more likely to be employed, more likely to hold management positions, and more likely to earn higher salaries,” Univia said.
On average, those who engaged in frequent self-pleasure make $47,076 a year, but those who didn’t make $3,000 dollars less.
Masturbating frequently was then linked to having more confidence, which explains why those who do it have higher salaries since they are also more likely to ask for a raise from their bosses.
“The boost in self-confidence that masturbation was previously shown to cause may be one major contributor to higher paychecks, for it can take a certain amount of confidence and bravery to ask your boss for a raise.”
Also according to Univia, masturbation is a great form of self-care. 95% of American adults masturbate and 79% of them sees it as self-care.
They see self-pleasure as relaxing, natural, and helpful in some ways.
Men masturbate more than women. Women on average, only do it 6 times a month, while men’s numbers are doubled.
If this is in fact true, then women are missing out on opportunities of relaxing themselves.
LELO UK, a British company went viral last year when they revealed that they allow their employees to masturbate.
The firm had days where they let their workers perform self-pleasure because according to them it makes them feel more fulfilled and satisfied.
“Being sexually fulfilled and satisfied is something that we at LELO UK feel is a basic human right and it’s completely free! and as a result of this research, we’re delighted to introduce a new initiative where we are offering our UK employees the opportunity to take up to four days a year as a ‘self love day.'”
