A Twitter user named Kate Alab-ab posted the photo of a college student who fell asleep and leaned on her shoulder.

She captioned it, “Lend a shoulder to lean on”.

In her post, she said she was allowing the student to lean on her shoulder because she knew how hard it is to be a college student taking up an engineering course and to commute every day going to Mapua.

She also motivated the student in her post, saying, “fighting Kuya ipasa at tapusin mo ang course mo!!!

“Ps…sana gaanan mo ng konti ulo mo ang bigat e.”

After posting it on her Twitter, it went viral and garnered 2.5 thousand retweets and 27.3 thousand likes. The college student in the photo, named David Olaso, also saw the tweet.

David replied to Kate’s post, saying “sorry po ms. hindi na po napigilan yung antok thank you po.”

Kate did not expect that he would see her post and replied back.

For Kate, this was not the first time she was able to lend a shoulder to a stranger. She was able to lend her shoulder to a working woman.

Though some were saying that she just lent her shoulder to the guy student because of his looks, she said, “It is not about the looks, it is about how you act as a human.”
