- He added that he tried reporting the incident to the barangay hall but the chairman did not do anything.
A netizen uploaded a video of a man throwing a fit outside of their car. If you saw the video without context, you’d think that the one filming the video did something wrong that caused the guy to be extremely angry.
However, it’s actually the other way around. The Twitter user said that the man actually catcalled his girlfriend in front of the University of Sto. Tomas, and when he looked at him, the catcaller suddenly got really mad.

Tas sya pa nagalit. Sinugod pa kami habang papasok na kami ng kotse hanggang pagalis,” Twitter user @kingjehann said.
He added that they tried reporting it to the barangay but instead of getting some help, they got nothing even from the barangay chairman himself.
“Sa tapat mismo ng barangay to nangyare, sinubukan namin mag report sa chairman tas sabi lang wala syang magagawa kasi di naman daw sa lugar nila nakatira yan. Andun pa mismo sa tabi ng barangay nakatambay yung lalake yan, lumabas yung chairman pero di nya man lang sinabihan o ano.”
He also discovered that his car handle got damaged in the middle of the man’s temper tantrum.

As others were asking why he didn’t confront the man, he said that he didn’t want to cause a scene because his girlfriend was there and that he was wearing his UST uniform.
