How I keep my energy and focus at work

I drink Pharmaton everyday to get that sustained energy that lasts throughout the day

Waking up and realizing that I have to work eight hours (usually more) already drains up my energy for the day. With all the deadlines I have to meet and all the presentations I need to work on, I know I need something that can last long.

Feeling lazy at work is normal, but you have to do something about it

I usually go to work an hour before my call time, so I have an ample time to think all the things I have to accomplish. The first thing I do is to list them down, then I contemplate on which to do first or if there’s something that needs to be prioritzed more.

I really try my best to finish everything on my list, but I know there’s only so much I can do (as long as I meet the deadlines).

But before everything, I make sure I eat breakfast and takeĀ Pharmaton–a daily nutritional supplement for vitamin and mineral deficiencies, fatigue in physical and mental stress situations, loss of concentration, rapid tiredness and reduced performance.

Pharmaton addresses my lack of energy in the morning, so I make sure I have a stock in my table drawer.

Pharmaton addresses my lack of energy in the morning, so I make sure I have a few in my table drawer. It is developed to enhance people’s physical and mental capabilities. Each capsule is enriched with vitamins, minerals, and standardised Ginseng Extract G115 in amounts which suit the body’s daily requirements.

After a busy day at work, I still have the energy to catch up with my colleagues!

As I take it regularly, I noticed that I don’t get tired easily and I can actually finish more work. Especially now that the holiday buzz is in the air. The traffic gets heavier and lines in shopping stores are longer than my patience. With Pharmaton, I get that sustained energy!
