- The post now has more than 24,000 shares.
It has been a few years since the milk tea craze began. Milk tea brands from different parts of Asia and even those who are local businesses started selling their products in the Philippines, hoping that they would be a part of the trend.
You’d think with milk tea places being around for years that the average Pinoy would have consumed a cup or two already.
Recently, a tricycle driver went viral on Facebook after a milk tea shop from Bulacan posted him buying their drink. Citea Milk Tea narrated its encounter with the man who asked if it will only take a short while to prepare the milk tea.
He said that it was because his wife is waiting in the tricycle outside and he didn’t tell her that he was buying milk tea. The man even urged the employee to make it delicious because it was his wife’s first time to taste the drink.
Netizens expressed their admiration towards the tricycle driver. “It’s amazing how we are touched and blessed by simple acts like this.
